Aside from usual witch-like abilities her specialties include:

██⋮ ※ Earth/Terrain manipulation such as controlling earth (stone, gravels, some metals) and raising plants (many of her skills are plant based).
       ▌◇: Gwyndolyn magically lifts a big ass rock from the ground and hits you with it. You take 254 DMG.

██⋮ ※ Summoning earth golem(s), shapes vary but take on animalistic forms.
       ▌◇: Gwyndolyn summons a golem in the shape of a boar and it charges you through a wall. You take 678 DMG.

██⋮ ※ Creating butterflies from her own energy that serve different purposes (distant communication/sight, sharing energy, transportation) and if needed she can break her body down into a horde of them (usually to avoid serious injury) however it takes a long time to rejuvenate so it's more or less a panic button response.
       ▌◇: Gwyndolyn creates a butterfly that lands on your shoulder and whispers something unpleasant about your mother. Your feelings take 147 DMG and you're afflicted with Tears.

She takes after her master heavily, learning not only magic but backchat too. Although seemingly distant and quiet, she can spit out a heavy, analogical critique that can make a man change his whole perspective on life even if it all started out over his ugly outfit. She's observant from her high castle (lighthouses count) even if getting involved isn't her first decision unless she knows it's the best one. However she's very welcoming of lost souls that wander into her neck of the woods, even insisting they take refuge inside her home. Gwyndolyn is rather bewitching which works well for a babe in a lighthouse.

history

Her youth isn't much of a tale, mainly because her memories are a haze after wandering into the Gloomy Meadow. She remembers being with other children on the streets of Glowbelle that were never claimed by family, running from this and that, being hungry, typical bastard lifestyle. However never the reason she ended up in the dark and twisted woods of Parufaum, never her origin, just following a light through the haze and ending up on the doorstep of a lighthouse of all things in the middle of the woods sick as a, well, dog.

Worn and withered, covered in moss and ivy, occupied by an old woman well beyond her years and older than the dirt itself. Everything she said was a hyper-critical criticism with underlying snark and insults but still loving like a doting mother, taking the lost pup in under her roof, even naming her -– Gwyndolyn, a blessing. Gwyndolyn learned the art of magic from the old dame, mixing potions and learning how to draw arcane circles, a new purpose was given to her life and Gwyndolyn was determined to make her teacher proud of this new gift shown to her.

As the years aged on and Gwyndolyn harnessed her skills, her teacher grew weaker, sulking whenever she thought Gwyndolyn wouldn't notice. Her sad eyes unsettled Gwyndolyn, murmuring something about missing the ocean, the crash of the waves and the beauty of life before the wars, when she housed sailors, and loved for the trinkets they had brought to her. She was a woman who hated how long her life had gone on, the atrocities she had witnessed, a woman who only had Gwyndolyn, her last treasure, her last gift, but even that wasn't enough.

The last time Gwyn would hear from her mentor was in the form of a note placed on the table, leaving Gwyn all of her possessions, she simply wrote “I'm going to visit the ocean.”

For the last 10 years Gwyndolyn has kept tidings over the beacon in the woods, hosting visitors, providing magic services such as creating potions, removing curses, and the likes. All a distraction in waiting for her master to return home.
